Who is Paul?
Welcome to PAULBAR. Paul O'Halloran, born in Ireland, raised in the Bronx and now a long-time resident of Palm Springs; Paul wanted to create a neighborhood spot that would be a love-letter to New York. The Palm Springs hotspot that has been serving up refreshing cocktails and classic New York-inspired fare since 2018. Think martinis that linger, dishes with just the right edge, and a room that feels as good on a Wednesday night as it does on a Saturday.
